We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Product should be in its original condition
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or received a damaged product?
We offer hassle-free exchanges, subject to availability.
Our team will assist you in arranging a quick replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible Cases:
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item delivered
- Order lost in transit
❌ Non-Eligible Cases:
- Size issues (exchange available instead)
- Minor color variation (due to lighting/screens)
- Used or washed products
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Mode:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit
Reverse Pickup
We provide reverse pickup service in most locations.
In case it’s unavailable, you may be requested to ship the product to us.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
